Using My YellowPageMe.com

Registration Module

1. On the Registration page, enter a username, 6-20 characters in length. Your username can be a combination of letters and/or numbers. The only special characters allowed are a hyphen, period or underscore.
2. Enter a password, a combination of at least six letters and numbers.
3. Enter your ZIP code and e-mail address. You'll receive a confirmation email from YellowPageMe.com confirming your registration.
4. Once you've accepted the terms and conditions for use of YellowPageMe.com, click Submit.
5. You are now signed in to My YellowPageMe.com. Every time you sign in you will have access to all of your last logged-in activity – recent searches, driving directions, saved preferences – all saved for your convenience.

Welcome to My YellowPageMe.com

My YellowPageMe.com offers several features for you to explore: My Profile, My Favorites, My Reviews, My Addresses, Recently Viewed and My Maps.

Profile

1. E-mail/User Name: Here you'll see the e-mail address for your My YellowPageMe.com account. You can change this address at any time.
2. Change Password: To update your password, enter your current password in the Existing Password field and type your new password in the New Password and Confirm Passwords fields. Select Update Profile. Your settings will automatically reflect the change.
3. Personal Information: Your name and address can be updated at any time.

My Favorites

1. Saved Searches: Here you can view searches you have saved. You can save up to 20 searches. If you frequently search for the same items (for example, dry cleaners in Atlanta), then you can save those searches in My YellowPageMe.com. Click "Save This Search" on any search results page. On your Recently Viewed page, you can also save any of the recent searches you've made on YellowPageMe.com.
2. Saved Listings: View your saved listings here. Save a listing by selecting the "Save This Listing" link that appears on every listing. On your My YellowPageMe.com Recently Viewed page, you can save your recently viewed listings . In My YellowPageMe.com you can save up to 100 business listings.
3. Saved Notes: You can save a note of up to 250 characters for each saved business listing.

To Write a Note

1. Enter your information in the Note field and then select "Save Note."
2. From the Other Options dropdown menu that appears with every listing, you can also select the "Save This Listing" link. When a note is saved directly from a listing, both the listing and the note are saved to your My YellowPageMe.com.

My Reviews

1. Here you can view all of your user reviews and the basic details for each of the businesses you reviewed with the most recent reviews listed first. You can also see how many approvals (thumbs up) or disapprovals (thumbs down) your reviews received from other users.
2. You can change any of your reviews star rating or text. By deleting your reviews, you can completely remove them from their respective business listings.

My Addresses

1. Add Addresses: Complete this form to save addresses to your My YellowPageMe.com.
2. Personal Addresses: Addresses are saved. Add addresses by filling out the "Add Addresses" form on the My Addresses page. Up to 100 addresses can be saved in My YellowPageMe.com.
3. Notes: You can save a note for each saved address. Notes can be no more than 250 characters long.

Recently Viewed

1. Recently Viewed is the default page you are taken to whenever you click on the My YellowPageMe.com tab.
2. View Recent Searches: Up to five recent searches appear on the Welcome to MY YellowPageMe.com page.
3. • Click on the name of the search to see the search results.
   • Select Save to add the search to your Saved Items.
   • Select Delete to remove the search from the list.
   • Click on "Clear All" to remove all searches from the list.
4. View Recently Viewed Listings: Up to five recent searches appear on the Welcome to MY YellowPageMe.com page.
5. • Select Save to add the listing to your Saved Items.
   • Select Delete to remove the listing from the list.
   • Click on "Clear All" to remove all listings from the recently viewed list.

My Maps

1. Here you can see your saved maps and directions.
2. Add Maps: Whenever you get a map on YellowPageMe.com, click "Save" in the upper right hand corner above the map and it will be saved to your My Maps in My YellowPageMe.com.
3. Add Directions: Whenever you get directions on YellowPageMe.com, click "Save" in the upper right hand corner above the directions and they will be saved to your My Maps in My YellowPageMe.com.
